About Us

Stacey Salyer grew up in Skagit Valley, attended Skagit Valley College, and spent most of her working life in Snohomish county. Over the past 18 years, Stacey has managed and leased over thousands of properties in these communities, currently manages over several million in assets, and serves and enriches the lives of property owners and leasers daily. From managing retail stores at 19-years-old to rising to the top of local Real Estate and Property Management firms, Stacey has spent 18 years in the Real Estate Rental and Property Management industries, managing single-family and multi-family investment homes across Washington State. She realized her passion for providing the best service to property owners in the Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties by opening Leading Edge in 2016. She then took her real estate brokerage a step further and launched her sales division, Weichert Realtors Edge Home Sales in 2019. She has one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in her area, focusing on both property management and real estate sales, recruiting top talent to each division. Stacey’s accolades include winning the John Bustad Inspirational Rotarian Award, the Star of Excellence and Rookie of the Year Rotary Award, she has served on the board of Snohomish County NARPM Chapter, Past-President of the Washington State NARPM Chapter, Ambassador for the NW Regional RVP – NARPM, sits on the North Puget Sound Realtor Communications Committee and current member, an active member of the Mount Vernon Rotary Club, President-Elect of the Mount Vernon Rotary Club, is Vice-Chair for Skagit DVSAS (Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault) Board, and has the highest real estate license in the state of Washington. In her spare time, Stacey enjoys cheering for her children at their sporting events, fundraising for local charities, advocating for proper education for children with dyslexia, traveling, hiking, and paddleboarding through the outdoors of the PNW.

Erik was born and raised in Skagit Valley where he attended local schools and Skagit Valley College. He started his career as a chef, spending 13 years in Chicago, California, and Washington state. He then transitioned into construction while taking Washington State Real Estate courses. Since 2016, he has gained experience in real estate and property management. He really enjoys working with all different clients and specializes in working with investors. When he's not helping people find the next perfect home, you can find him outdoors, fly fishing, mountain biking, and hiking with his family.

Celese has worked with small businesses around Puget Sound for many years. She's taken on numerous roles as needed including business consulting, office management, property operations and maintenance, production, training, and events. She's excited to bring her can-do attitude to Leading Edge and values excellence, flexibility, and understanding.

Celese moved to Skagit Valley in 2019 and enjoys the outdoors, bird watching, and taking photos of wildlife.

Barbara Flores was born and raised in Chihuahua, México. She has a Psychology degree and more than 6 years of experience as a therapist with children and adults, also applying psychometric tests for mobility companies and universities. Through these years she has learned communication and organization skills, and she likes to always give more than a 100% so that her work and the ones that surround her feel a professional and ethical service. She likes to spend her free time working in her other profession as a dance teacher, where she learned to be disciplined and committed.

Laetitia Oosthuizen is from the city Johannesburg in sunny South Africa. She has been in the Administrative sector for the past 10 years. She has also worked closely with Realtors in her country and supported them with the back office administration. Laetitia is dedicated to Customer Service, honesty and integrity. She will always go the extra mile and will not rest until she feels that the client is happy and has experienced excellent service. Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Ixchel Lopez is from Baja California, Mexico. She is a skilled professional who brings a unique blend of translation expertise, customer service, and account management experience to our team. With a translation degree and over 7 years of industry experience, her skills extend beyond language proficiency, encompassing organization, effective communication, customer service, and adept problem-solving abilities. Committed to delivering work of exceptional quality and resolving issues promptly, she is eager to enhance her professional experience through property management. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ixchel finds joy in reading, attending music events, digital drawing, and traveling, which amplifies her creativity and zest for discovery.

Ben Robinett, a native of Whidbey Island, Washington, brings over 9 years of experience in property management to his work. He and his wife Kim, along with their three sons, and daughter, recently relocated from Nashville back home to the Pacific Northwest. In his leisure time, Ben prioritizes spending quality time with his family, attending his children's sporting events, homebrewing craft beer, and gardening.
