Contact your property manager through your resident portal. The remaining roommate(s) must submit current paystubs-the most 2 recent pay stubs for the current year. Upon approval for you to be released from the lease, a Contract Change Form will be sent to all residents from Docusign. An admin fee will be added to your resident ledger for us to complete this service. This must be paid and the Contract Change Form must be signed by all parties in order to remove and/or add residents to the existing lease.
