A: Please send us a message through your resident portal and your property manager will get in touch with you. Be prepared to communicate clearly what type of pet you want to add to the lease including the breed and size of a dog. If the property allows a pet, we require all residents to create a pet profile. We will require extra deposits and/or fees and/or pet rent. Your property manager will review the requirements for the property are you are renting from PURE Property Management of Washington.

A: Contact your property manager through your resident portal. The remaining roommate(s) must submit current paystubs-the most 2 recent pay stubs for the current year. Upon approval for you to be released from the lease, a Contract Change Form will be sent to all residents from Docusign. An admin fee will be added to your resident ledger for us to complete this service. This must be paid and the Contract Change Form must be signed by all parties in order to remove and/or add residents to the existing lease. You can find more information about this process on this link: Contract Change Process
